BOOTCAMP: (45-60 mins) Circuit style, full body workout using varied exercise equipment. Work at your own pace format, with a trainer guiding you and watching over you.
STRENGTH: (60 mins) Working in small groups or with a trainer, we focus on the 3 main strength exercises. Squats, Bench Press, and Deadlift. (There is no cardio in this workout). This class teaches correct exercise form for these strength building must-do exercises.
BOXING: (45-60 mins) Pair up with a fellow SQ1 member for a cardio boxing workout, including fun punching combinations and bodyweight exercises led by your trainer. All boxing equipment is provided, including sanitary inners/cotton gloves to keep your hands and our boxing gear clean.
There is no prior experience necessary to attend any of our group classes, and all fitness levels are welcome to join us.
