When it comes to burning fat, there are many diets, strategies, workouts, etc… As you know.

But the number ONE THING that you can do, starting right now, that will get your body burning fat faster than anything else is…

A 7 Day Water Flush. 

What exactly is a water flush?

It’s drinking 3-5 litres of clean water everyday for 7 days.

I know what you’re thinking… ‘But I’ll be Peeing all day”!

Uh-huh! You sure will.

You’ll be peeing out water retention firstly. So that bloated belly, and fluidy feeling over your whole body, even in your feet and hands is water retention. That starts to go in the first 24hrs, and continues for approx 3 days. After that, the peeing slows down, and you start burning more body fat.

The reason for this it is due to your body’s pH level. The water reduces acidity, and creates a more stable pH. You no longer need to hold fluid to dilute your body’s acidity level.

These things don’t cause any issues if done far and few between, but when done regularly, they can literally become deadly.

> Reduce carbs. I’m referring to bread, pasta, rice, and anything with flour, like crumbed meats etc. Aim for healthy carbs from vegetables. If you’re eating alot of carbs, your body will struggle to burn all the energy up, as well as burn body fat at the same time. When we reduce our calories of carbs, it’s much easier to burn body fat for energy.

> Reduce Stress. If you’re not well rested, and in a calm and in control mental state, life not only becomes extra hard, but your immune system lowers which opens you up to “catching” a cold, and getting sick. With a high immune system, you can be around sick people and not get sick yourself ever. Stress reduces our body’s pH and makes us acidic. It must not be acceptable in your life, you must learn to manage your life in a way that you’re not always in high stress mode, and have a better sense of control over your life with less overall stress.
