18 Workouts For You…

If you’re not working out 5-7 times per week, it’s likely that you’ve not reached your full physical potential.

Some people can get by with 2 or 3 weekly workouts…

However, the level of fitness, energy, and overall wellbeing that comes from a consistent high volume of exercise, is second to none.

That’s why I try and workout everyday. Do I ACTUALLY workout every day? No, not always, but I’m pretty close, whether it’s a hike in nature, a run, weights, a basketball game, a swim in the ocean, or even a sauna and stretch.

I aim for consistency. 

As a personal trainer, it’s easier for me than your average Joe to workout anytime, any place, with or without exercise equipment. And it’s my job to make it easy for you too.

That’s why we make these “follow-along” workouts for you to do. 

They require no exercise equipment (for the most part), and range from 10 minutes to 30 minutes, and can be done anywhere you have the ability to stream a YouTube video, and have a bit of floor space to workout.

It’s a choice to wake up at 5am or 530am or 6am a couple of mornings each week, and power through one of these workouts at home before you get started on your day.

When you look at the most successful people in the world, and compare their morning routines, one of the common things they all do, is exercise!

From Obama, to Schwarzenegger​, to Richard Branson and Tony Robbins… And many more.

I’m a big believer in “standing on the shoulders of giants” or in other words, modelling the successful habits of successful people.

And regular exercise is one of those critical things that I’ve modelled for years from some of the top athletes and business leaders of the world, and it’s given me an amazing quality of life, and the edge I’ve needed to accomplish great things in my life, including being in the best shape of my life at almost 37 years old.

It will do the same for you too!
