24 Mar Deny This Law At Your Own Risk!
It’s only March, but this year, I’ve learnt a lot from witnessing over 180 kgs of weight being lost from our members on our programs.
And what i’ve noticed this year, and what i’ve learnt over the years, is how powerful the “law of action” is to improve our health! (and life).
We’ve all heard of the law of “Attraction”…
But what about the law of “Action”…
No one talks about this law right!?
It’s the action, the movement, the G.S.D (getting shit done) that gives you positive results in your life.
What do lazy people get in life? We all know it. They get nothing.
And motivated people get results.
Here’s what I’ve been recommending, and what’s been working for our members at SQ1 so far this year…
FAST, FREQUENT, ACTIONS.
What that means, is completing a lot of small daily tasks that lead towards better health over a period of time.
And doing more of them than you’ve ever done in the past, with speed and consistency!
Success does NOT come overnight. I don’t care what anyone says, it just doesn’t.
We have to WORK for it. We have to dedicate ourselves to an outcome, and fill in the gaps with positive actions.
It’s a lot of small things that give you the BIG win!
Here is a list of actions/tasks that have been working well for our weight loss seekers in 2017.
– drinking 3 litres of spring water
– getting 7 hours of sleep
– prepping healthy meals for the week
– getting to a farmers market for fresh local produce to eat
– working out
– weighing in
– eating home cooked meals
– cutting out unhealthy snacking
– being held accountable to someone
When the above are being done consistently, and you’re speeding through your “to-do” list, something amazing happens!
You lose rapid weight, you gain rapid fitness.
And this translates across to anything in life.
Getting a Uni degree, completing an online course, reading a book, building a relationship, working on a project or running a business… etc.
I know this to be true not only from seeing my members lose weight fast when they take lots of rapid actions everyday, but I also do this with my own health and fitness, and in my business, and education.
Last year I read over 30 books, and it wasn’t because I’m a fast reader. I think if anything I’m a slow reader, because I like to take all the info in as I read.
I did it by adding reading to my daily task list, and when I have something on my list, I aim to get it done. No matter what!
That’s the mindset: Get it done, no matter what.
So relate this to your health or weight loss or fitness. You know what you need to do right?
I used alot of great examples above that you can steal.
So you have to implement these things constantly, rapidly, and “get it done, no matter what”.
This is how I turned my personal health around, it’s how I changed my career, it’s how i’ve built my business, and it’s how I live my life.
It’s the way forward for you too.
What’s the mantra again???
“Get it done, no matter what”…
Give it a go, and let’s get fit and healthy together! 🙂
