How To Drop A Dress Size In Under A Month!

This CAN be done! (and it can be done by ANYONE).

It might seem impossible for you right now, but let me show you exactly what you can do, starting TODAY, to drop a whole dress size in less than a month!

Firstly, if you are holding excess weight and body fat, it’s important to understand that it’s not ALL FAT!

There is a lot of water retention going on in your body if you are feeling overweight and unhealthy right now.

This is why most crash diets seem to “work” in the short term, but not in the long term. It’s because most diets are not fat loss diets, they are water retention loss diets! lol.

But regardless of your diet of choice, you’re going to lose a bunch of water retention when you start out, so it can be a healthy diet, or an unhealthy crash diet, either way, water IS coming off, and NEEDS to come off first.

Depending on your size, weight and measurements, you could lose an entire dress size in 3 days if you’re holding alot of water, and are considered “obese”…

Obesity is defined as a BMI of 30 or over. (BMI is your Body Mass Index)… This is not really accurate, particularly if you’re an athlete and hold lots of muscle. But if you’re reading this, I’ll assume that your problem is too much fat, not too much muscle, so your BMI is relevant.

To figure out your BMI use an online calculator. (Just google “BMI calc” if this interests you).

I have identified some simple steps to reduce your measurements down a whole dress size. Here they are…

STEP 1: WATER – You Must, must, must, must!!! Consume AT LEAST 2.5 litres of water everyday to drop a dress size.

Water is the number 1 rule which is why it’s the first step to drop a dress size in less than a month. There is no replacement for not being hydrated. Water flushes water retention, and toxicity out of your body and stimulates bowel movements and frequent urination. (Yes, you will need to pee every 30-60 minutes) Just think about all the extra calories you will burn getting your steps up! ?

STEP 2: RAW FOOD – This ties in with the hydration. Raw fruits and vegetables are high water based foods, which give you hydration, mineralisation, vitamins, and nutrients.

Your body has to work hard to lose weight and drop a dress size. So you needs lot’s of energy. The best way to boost your energy naturally is by eating raw foods.

Snack on cucumbers, celery, carrots, apples, mandarines, bananas, seeded fruits, etc… Whatever you like, just eat it! And lot’s of it!

Eat a salad everyday. Lunch time is best, but it can be anytime really. Just make sure you prepare a super awesome salad every single day until you’re down a dress size! there are no limitations to how you prep your salad. Use any raw ingredients you like, you can also add in nuts, seeds, olive oil, avocado, chilli, etc… Make it fun, spicy if you like that, and add lots of yummy, crunchy veggies.

Secret ingredient: Most people don’t like salad. That’s because they don’t know how to make a REAL salad! We’re not talking “side salads” here… So here’s a secret ingredient for you to make you CRAVE your salads everyday!

Baked sweet potato.

Dice it up, season it, and bake it in the oven. If you can heat it up and throw it in your salad while it’s hot! You’ve got yourself the best damn salad EVER!

Sweet potato helps to manage your insulin levels, meaning it will limit your sugar cravings and keep you feeling full!

STEP 3: SLEEP – Most of your body’s recovery and weight loss happens when you’re asleep! If you feel tired everyday and use stimulants like coffee to keep your eyelids open, you’re probably not getting enough sleep.

Set yourself a curfew each night and stick to it! Figure out what time you need to wake up each morning and count backwards to get as close to 8 hours as you can.

E.G. If I wake up at 6am, I want to get to bed as close to 10pm as possible. If it’s 1030pm and I usually sleep at 1am, i’m doing alright!

Sleep is your friend! It gives you weight loss, and energy to get through your day!

STEP 4: SWEAT! – Working out is not just important for dropping a dress size, it also makes you FEEL good! And the reason we want to drop a dress size to begin with is so we feel good. (And look good too of course).

So if you’re working out regularly, but not sweating profusely during and after each workout, you’re not working out efficiently to drop a dress size.

How To Sweat!

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Here’s how it works.
Choose 6 bodyweight exercises (I’ll make it easy and give you six to get started)
1. Star Jumps
2. Squats
3. Mountain Climbers
4. Pushups
5. High Knees
6. Lunges

Set a timer for 30 seconds and switch exercises each 30 seconds. When you get through all six, rest for 1 minute and repeat for 5 total rounds. (this is just one example, it could be done many ways).

The idea is to crank up your heart rate, and work every muscle in your entire body in every workout.

We’re not trying to get big biceps, we’re trying to drop a dress size, so using machines in a gym won’t cut it!

STEP 5: CUT THE CRAP – This could be interpreted on multiple levels, but what I’m referring to is cutting out unhealthy food. These are foods high in sugar, fried food, deserts, soft drinks, alcohol, breads, dairy, cakes, pastries, chips, crackers, cheeses and take-away food.

Particularly take-away, (even if it seems to be healthy) because you don’t know what ingredients are being used for your Pad Thai, or that delicious Indian Curry that you enjoy. So to drop a dress size, you need to drop the take-away food too!

Eat home cooked meals with good quality fresh ingredients. No processed and packaged foods. Check labels, and when you do, look at the “ingredients” section. If there’s more than 4 ingredients, or you don’t know what the ingredient is, it’s not healthy, and will limit your ability to drop a dress size!

STEP 6: PLAN – This step is all about getting organised and building a plan so there is structure in your life. “winging it” doesn’t work when you have a big goal to achieve. You have to strategise, plan, and execute!

The above steps have given you a lot to think about, (and do), so what’s the very first thing you need to do to get started? Create a plan so you know what you’re doing every day!

This includes meal prepping, getting all your healthy shopping done at the beginning of the week, scheduling in your workouts, setting a curfew, waking up early to prepare for your day and get the important things done.

Use this six step plan as your guide to dropping a dress size, and I guarantee you it will happen in less than a month if you follow these steps listed above.

The closer you are to following this plan, the faster you will drop your dress size down.

And the great thing about this plan, is that you can use it over and over and over. It doesn’t have to stop at just 1 dress size! Keep using it until you reach your ideal dress size, body shape and weight!

Good luck, I hope you implement these steps, and get amazing results!

And don’t forget to take before and after pics to see how much you can change your body with a good plan!
